Founder of Equilibrium Games, Daniel Gutmann, a former medical professional, made the jump to game development driven by a deep-seated passion for crafting enjoyable gameplay experiences. Gutmann admits the game’s current state might not be perfect, but he’s confident it has been an invaluable learning experience for the development team.
Equilibrium Games’ eye is already set on their next major project – World of Equilibrium, a hardcore massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that aims to compete with the biggest names in the industry. With Blight’s Wrath being the studio’s first endeavour, the young team’s growth and development are paramount in ultimately realizing their flagship product’s full potential.
However, some concerns linger regarding the extent to which Blight’s Wrath might benefit from further development and polish during its early beta stages. Crucially, the addition of a narrative arc could enhance player engagement, but there’s uncertainty surrounding the possibility of this happening.
